Meet the people
ENAIRE Global Services (EGS) is a public company subject to compliance with Spanish Public Procurement law (Law 9/2017, LCSP). Under this regulation EGS is classified as a public sector entity that is not a contracting authority. As such, EGS is developing the Procurement Internal Instructions to guarantee publicity, open competition, equal treatment and non-discrimination principles. Tenders are published in the State Procurement Platform.
